How to Apply
We aim to professionally train and develop the skills of anyone with the right attitude and passion for Southern Cuisine. We identify potential and provide ongoing training with the tools that our team needs to be successful.
We take our Southern Cuisine seriously, but not ourselves.
We keep all applications for 3 months and it’s the first place we look when we need to recruit. As positions become available we’ll search those we have on file that are best suited for our vacant roles. We will then contact you to arrange an interview. Don’t despair if no roles are available at the time you apply, you never know when a new one will pop up.

Training
Whether you’re working the front of the house assisting customers, or working the back of the house preparing delicious meals, we provide all staff with thorough training, from understanding the origin of our products to effective customer service skills.
